Middle School

This co-ed program is open to all Newton residents who are enrolled in 6th, 7th, or 8th grade.

Players from other programs are welcome, as are players from schools other than the four Newton middle schools.

However, preference is given first to NYH players, and then to non-NYH players attending Newton Public Schools.

This is a games-only program running from late November to late February.

Games are primarily on weekends, but may sometimes occur on weeknights.

Last year's schedule can be found on the VMSHL website - while we can't guarantee a similar schedule, it may give you an idea of what to expect.

We hope to field three teams - one at each of the 6th grade, 7th grade, and 8th grade levels. However, if registrations are low, we may need to combine two teams.

Each team may have up to 20 players (18 skaters and 2 goalies) on the roster.

Tuition for the Middle School program is $400 for current NYH players, $450 for non-NYH players, and $225 for goalies.
